Where “First Name” or “Name” is part of the Personal Data collected, the name given is at the discretion of the User. The User is free to use first name, last name, nickname, username, pseudonym or any combination thereof.
Forms on the Website including but not limited to Content Commenting, Contact, Email, etc. also log the User’s IP address. This is necessary to prevent abuses of these Services. IP addresses are never shared publicly. In the case of Content Commenting, IP addresses are automatically deleted from the database after 60 days.
The “Website” field in Content Commenting is provided as a courtesy for commenters to promote their own website if they so choose. The “Website” field is not mandatory.
